The Auric at Symphony Park is the first development after Las Vegas’ economic downturn in the early 2000s, intending to be a catalytic piece to revitalize an once master-planned district.  The 324-unit mixed-used development continues the urban fabric started by the Cleveland Clinic, Smith Center and Discovery Children’s Museum many years ago, further bridging the blight areas between the Vegas strip and historic downtown. With over 12,000 sf of commercial/retail space facing Symphony Park, Auric will help further activate the public realm and provide work and F&B options for the new residences moving into the district.

Auric’s design concept derived from envisioning the building as the “audience” to the “stage” (Symphony Park).  “Seating sections” are found throughout the building: the retail arcade at ground level (Orchestra), the amenity deck on level two (Mezzanine), and at the sky lounge (Balcony) at the fifth Level overlooking the park.  Other elements such as rhythmic forms, changes in height, and special lighting, were incorporated to represent the nature of music composition.
